What is Asbestos
Mesothelioma is a rare cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Mesothelioma originates in the mesothelial tissue surrounding the lungs, abdomen or heart.

The Asbestos Cover-Up
Many companies that used asbestos or made asbestos-containing products knew that asbestos was dangerous for over 50 years. These companies continued to use asbestos because it was cheaper than alternatives. The companies hid the truth from both the public and their own employees.
